Hi,
who tinkers of you like, or at least often on static websites? Those who tinker with it in the source code, which should take a look once Aptana: http://www.aptana.com/ . The IDE kills (X) HTML, JavaScript and CSS, taking it also offers code completion and some other useful functions. There also exists a version as a plugin for Eclipse, which is clear but not quite so well with the current version. Who wants to program Java is not that for which it is not matter anyway.
