JMStV: Circumvention of age classification trivial?

Alvar joy has the (provisional) technical specification (PDF) for the age classifications under the Youth Media Protection State Treaty considered in more detail. If true, what has been found Alvar , and that made me first little doubt that implodes the approach before it was adopted:

Most filters work like a transparent proxy server latched itself onto the system and analyze then all Web content. [...]

To trick the filters, and both not as well with a high step marked content, you must put it only a separate low indicator. The easiest way is with a self-attached proxy server. [...]

This problem is inherent in systems and leaves the way not be remedied by amending the specification. Only a digital signature of the old mark by an approved body may fix this would increase the total effort but exorbitant.

connected, I would say! Once on school grounds this year, German VPN access were needed, so it should probably be next year JMStV proxies. But otherwise the JMStV is a good idea. Somehow. Some of them.

PS: More workarounds outlines the technical readers of the Pirate Party (PDF).
